Common Questions
Do I need coding knowledge?
No. HaveAStore is built for non-technical business owners. You can launch, upload products, and manage sales without touching code.
Can customers install my store as a mobile app?
Yes. Customers visiting your store can install it directly onto their phone home screen without opening Google Play Store.
Does HaveAStore provide couriers, or do I choose my delivery partner?
No, HaveAStore does not handle shipping. You are free to dispatch orders using any courier service (India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or local partners).
When is the payout credited to my bank account?
Customer payments are held securely in escrow. Once you pack the order and submit the courier tracking ID (AWB) in your dashboard, the payout is released to your registered bank account.
Are there payment gateway transaction charges?
HaveAStore charges 0% commission on the Pro plan and 2% on Starter. The standard payment gateway network fee (approx 2% + GST) is deducted during bank settlement.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch between Starter and Pro anytime from your store settings.
